Blagh. I iz sick.
2 days ago, I came home early from school with a 99.6 fever and a sore throat. A couple of hours earlier, I was aching everywhere. It was hard to push down my pencil. Today, my mom took me to the doctor. I don't have strep throat, H1N1, or anything, but they say I might have an upper respiratory infection. So, the doctor prescribed me a mouth wash that would numb my throat: It numbed everywhere in my mouth but the place it hurt. So here I am, on my laptop, getting ready to play chess because I can't play many other games without hurting or aching. There are many ways I could have gotten this illness:
A. My dad gave it to me
B. My little sister gave it to me
C. My friend who was sick gave it to me
D. There was bacteria washing up in the air when it was raining really hard 3 days ago
E. A combination of all
I personally think it was e.
What's the point of this thread? Hmm... Good question.
When was the last YOU were sick and how do you think you got it?

I don't get sick very often...but when I do, it goes fast. Personally, I think it's:
a) The air I breathe
b) Touching germy places
c) Smelling terrible smells
d) Fighting boys 
e) Others getting sick
f) All of the above
I think f is most reasonable. 
All your problems are like batter when you add a little Chatter, because when you have Chat, you're safe from bats.

Haha you know what was hell? Having pneumonia. The sickness made me go to the ER yes the ER. And i had frequent fevers that would go up to 104 Fahrenheit...yes 104...the average human dies at 106 Fahrenheit. One time i had a fever that went up to 106.2 the doctors were glad i was still alive.

So did I. I had to stay home for a WHOLE WEEK. Plus, I was sick on Halloween. I won't go into any more details... I already feel like throwing up.

I've never been sick in my life, but I will say the last time I pretended to be sick
2 weeks ago, I bought a cheeseburger from Mcdonalds and hid it in the fridge for 3 days. After that, I heated it up and ate it, and threw up everywhere so I got to stay home. Of course this method doesn't work all the time. It only made me throw up once and never again. My immune system must've blocked out the Mcdonalds germs

I had pneumonia when I was little and I'm no good at exercising because of some asthma problem which I think was related to that. Also when I was little I had "flat foot" that many people have.
I think those have actually led to me sitting right now at this very moment.
Pneumonia happens when certain bacteria get into your lungs and very special tiny sacs that give you oxygen to breathe. Eventually, they inflame, or start to respond to that bacteria(like the immune system) and fluid can get into that.
I think it can kill you because:
1. You can "drown" because of the fluid
2. The bacteria can hack in and prevent oxygen flow
3. When your lungs inflame, they can also prevent oxygen flow.
I hope you can understand it better than Wikipedia.
EDIT: You are actually right, Fg123, it is a very major deadly cold.
I had my tooth sticking out of my gums, then getting infected, but it stopped(ow...) in the middle of this month, some two weeks ago.
I'll think about more.

WRONG. Not a cold AT ALL. It is an inflammation. Last time i checked those two NEVER had the SAME meaning or SPELLING.

Both my parents are doctors so If I have a 99.7 fever, it isn't a fever. And I never go to the doctors and if I am sick, my parents can prescribe me to the medicine. Lol.
