I can still access the user list for the TBG...
It's not removed yet. 
And no, I won't give the link... but you can try guessing it.

Looks like they got ride of it like the other one.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Why can't they just look at Announcements? They'll find tons of them...

I've seen forums way more popular than this one, they had public userlists and weren't hacked once. But maybe this site is weak for some reason, that'd explain it.
And there's no topic in Annoucements about this.
