You click the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of any scratch page on the site and you report.

hit the "Profile* button and go to the Personality and there you can put down you motto,

On the top of the forums page, (any forum page) Under "Scratch Forums" It has the "Profile" button.

Hi Agent264, I'm sorry you're having problems, but please don't post here. Instead, create a new topic with your problem. 
To make a topic, go to the forum section you would like to post in (Show & Tell, Troubleshooting etc.) and click on the "Post new topic" text at the top. In this case, you should post in Troubleshooting. Hope this helps!

You can't report users and galleries, but you can flag comments and projects. If you want to report a user or gallery, I think you're supposed to e-mail the Scratch Team...

If you want to report them just for you, you can add them to your ignore list so you wouldn't see any activity they make.

You're always free to flag down something if you feel it breaks the Terms of Use. If the art was being used without permission and doesn't give credit to the original owner, you can flag it and the Scratch Team can take a look at it.

Go to Edit Your Ignore List, so you don't have to listen to whatever stupid things they've said and then if you have to, go to Contact Us to REPORT them.

Thanks! I've been wondering about this for a while. A friend of mine saw an inappropriate avatar once, and he wanted to know how he could report it. I suppose he could use this method.
