Mystery of the Mountain - The story

So, as I see it many Scratchers are creating these topics about story
I will be writing a story here too, and it's a work in progress

Anyway, I made this account to act as my pseudonym since I don't wish to reveal my true identity, seeing as if my story sucks, then i will be laughed at, and I don't want that
Here goes nothing.

Chapter 1

Re: Mystery of the Mountain - The story

Chapter 1: Crash Landing
I searched through the wreckage of the ship. Nothing was left in one piece. A large celing beam had shattered my arm almost an hour ago, and it had just stopped stinging. Where is everyone? I wondered. The crew, the passengers, they were nowhere to be found. Not even the bodies. I crawled up to the main deck, and watched as the ship slowly sunk. This is the end, I thought. I sighed and slouched backwards on the wall as I waited. I began to have dreams about my family, and friends who were thousands of miles away, probably wondering if I was dead or alive.
A few minutes passed and I heard a loud scuttle near a pile of broken tables. A large man appeared and walked over to me. "Hello?" I shouted. He did not respond. All of a sudden he fell and landed on his knees. I approached him and he had a large gash on his leg, which prevented him from walking. Looking at the wound reminded me of my broken arm and it began to burn again. "My name's Jake. What happened?" I asked him, but he ignored me and looked off into the distance. I turned my head and saw an island. "Land!" I shouted and jumped up and hit my head on an upturned bench. As I clutched my head, I heard a chuckle behind me. "What's so funny?" I asked the man. He still said nothing. We climbed down to the side of the ship where a few life rafts were still in tact. I helped the man inside and released the safety grips. The boat gently rocked on the waves as we departed from the remains of the ship on the life boat.

Re: Mystery of the Mountain - The story

Chapter 2: The island (HAHA I COPY'D FUNKY'S TITLE)
By the time we reached the island, it was night time. I told the man to stay on the beach while I went to look for any signs of life. The sky ripped open with lightning and it made me jump. I went back to the beach to find the man gone. "Hey!" I called out. The island echoed back 'Hey' and went silent. Where was he? Who was he anyway? I sat down on an old log to think. Suddenly a flock of birds flew of of the trees and made a loud wail, and I decided to trek over to find out what had them so paniced. As I made my way over to the clearing, I saw something move in the corner of my eye. An animal? "Who's there?" I said. "I said who's there?!" Something moved in the bushes and I started running. The pain in my arm came back and I stumbled as I grabbed it.  I felt eyes watching me from all directions. A man jumped down from the tree in front of me. I slid backwards as he walked closer. He had no face. I couldn't speak. I tried but nothing came out. 'Help' I said voicelessly. The faceless man put his arm above his head nd it started moving. It bent in ways normal hands could not and formed into a sicle. I stared, wide-eyed as he prepared to kill me.
A dark blur swopped down on the faceless man and knocked him into a tree. He shattered like he was made of glass and all of a sudden I found I could speak again.
I breathed in heavily. The person who saved me tried standing up but fell over. I ran over to him. It was the same man as before. "You!" I said "Why did you leave the beach?" I yelled at him. I guess I should be more grateful, but I had other things on my mind. "Name's Relldo. Scott Relldo." Those were the first and last words he ever said.

Re: Mystery of the Mountain - The story

Chapter 3: Portal
It was light outside again. We've been trapped on this island for nearly 2 weeks. I examined my arm. It was getting infected. Every time I moved it got worse. Relldo was no better off. He couldn't even stand let alone help me find food. The island was a massive forest. I usually got lost and had to carve arrows into the tree bark to be able to tell my way around. "Squaaaaack" a bird called out. I froze. Slowly, I turned my head and saw it sitting on a rock. Dinner, I thought. I made a dive for it's legs but it jumped over me. I slammed into the ground and my arm seared out in pain. The bird made a sprint across the plain and I was not about to let it escape. I chased it to a nearby cave. I was never here before, and let it escape. I couldn't risk getting lost in the twisting, turning caves that inhabited this island. I was about to turn back when I noticed a blue glow coming from inside. Normally, I would have ignored it, but it called out to me. I went closer and closer. There was a huge circle drawn on the wall. I examined it closer.

Re: Mystery of the Mountain - The story

Chaper 2 continued.
I examined the circle closely. The blue lines started spinning and I doubled back. The circle split into parts and started arraging itself like letters. 'The portal is ready' it said. What is this? Some kind of hidden alien device? No, that would be foolish. This was something else. Magic. I felt light headed and almost fell over. My arm twitched and I looked at it. "What the?!" I yelled. It was fading away into cold nothing. I ran from the cave and tripped over a stone. What was going on here?

A sound came from behind me and I turned around. Relldo had somehow managed to get here, and he walked into the caverns. "Wait!" i called to him. He just looked at me and continued onward. "Wait!!" I called out again. I couldn't see him any more. Maybe he knew something I didn't about that circle.

I made my way into the cave again and found the wall. Relldo put his hand in the middle of it. "Wha... what are you doing?" I asked him. I looked at his leg, which was evaporating into mist or something. It swirled around the cave. "How are you standing anyway? Why won't you answer me?!" Relldo ignored me and I watched as the powder reformed and his leg was healed.

Horrible acting if I were FMT, brilliant acting if I weren't

Who knows, maybe I'm so brilliant that I acted horribly to make it seem like I was definately him to make it seem like it wasn't him.

Ah yes, it's a guy. Changing the hers to hims

Chapter 4: Hollow earth
It had been 2 hours since the blue circle had engulfed Relldo. He vanished without a trace, but his leg was healed, so I'm positive he could fend for himself. The circle had disappeared, but I could still remember where it had been. It was burned into the back of my mind.
