...Like Boppitboy99. Much too many. I think there should be something on the front page like 'Featured Scratchers of the Week" and it would show a list of 5, 10, 15 or 20 Scratchers. It would be changed every week so no one would feel left out. And then... You could nominate users to get featured, but you cannot nominate yourself.

How to Get Featured:

There are a few ways.

Way #1:Be kind to other users, by giving constructive comments & giving compliments about their work.

Way #2:Have good projects. Download, figure out how the project works, make your own, and give credit. Or make one from scratch(you know what I mean, not copying off of other people).

Way #3: Help other users. If they are having trouble with something (or someone, if they are getting bullied) and help them.

There would be problems, as I would find it REALLY hard finding un-noticed good scratchers so often.

There's a good point, but why can't we have "random user of the day" or something? That's what I loved about Surprise Projects. Gives people a chance.

How about 10 random scratchers get chosen every 3 days? Because with your way, there might be some people who've never gone on the forums (they're real smile ) who also doesn't comment much, but has good projects and they would be left out.

Replace the scratch design studios one with it. I just skip that panel altogether, and I'm sure many others do the same.

I remmember Featured Scratcher was recomended before. And I still love the idea. It will give new scratchers a good way to be seen. smile

That section shows projects submitted into the Scratch Design Studio's gallery. It most likely won't be removed.

You know, we wouldn't need much space for the Featured Users... it isn't like we need to show a project picture or something like that.

So I'm a bit confused.. . who would be responsible for selecting the featured Scratcher of the day...and how are they supposed to find these people? Is this a community selected thing?

No, that would be bad as I stated before, because some people are off the community's radar, while they have good projects. It could be a random generated person selector that changes every day to a random user.
