how do you add a link to your signitures picture?

how do you add a link to your signitures picture? what i mean is how do you make the image of your signiture when clicked linked to a project.

click on the kid or be sad as him

For example:

Produces:

http://users.soe.ucsc.edu/~karplus/scratch_programs/cat1-a.gif

Clicking on it takes you to the scratch homepage.
