But still, 54 MILLION?

Here's mine...

He's a traveller or wanderer, which makes him rather suitable for simple peacemaking. He also knows a lot because of his travels, so he's a good strategist. 

How about an archer, he stays about 10 feet away from the castle (not 10 feet in real life, maybe 3 inches on screen) and fires arrows. No idea what his stats should be.

And a defender, he just sits outside your castle absorbing the damage until he dies. He should have alot of health. He'll have a shield in front of him. He'll also have high defense. But, he has zero attack.
