Polls
A really easy suggestion. All you have to do Scratch Team, is go to the admin area, then click on "Forums" then go into the ones you want to have polls, then check "Moderators" and "Members" for the "make polls" column. Then click save, and there you go. It's actually a lot easier than it sounds.

Polls would be a good idea, a lot of people are making surveys. They would make me a lot less frustrated, because when people make a survey, they always forget me until I post multiple times.

In any section I think, so you would make, say, a poll titled "did you like my game?" in a Show & Tell topic about your game.
I support this idea, I hope it's possible with PunBB.

I like the idea, but I don't want it so anyone can make a poll - it'd go crazy. How about the Scratch Team makes one every week?

Actually, if feasible, I'd like the option to give polling to everyone. 
BWOG's decsription of implementing polls seems to indicate that polls can be limited to certain sections of the forums. I think polls would be great in the 'Inspiration and More' forum section, which is already used by Scratchers for surveys and opinions.

Members should be able to make polls in I&M (random stuff) and suggestions. (ex: WHO WANTS ___?")
The Scratch team should put up polls in announcements.
