To make Bob speak the time, set the voice to "Alex"
To make Dave speak the time, set the voice to "Fred"

I think it's actually stupid he even used the voices, and now people think he created them.

Yesh, just whip up an Automator app to make text to audio then you're ready. Bob is MacOS Alex. Dave is MacOS Fred.
