Refresh blocking

I think I may have figured out a way to disable refreshing.
What you need to do is make it so that whenever there's a request for a game, the IP adress of the computer is recorded. Then, until 30 minutes later, it is left in a register that says which IP requested what. If the IP isn't in the register when the game is requested, then a view is added to the counter. Otherwise, the game gains no views from that IP.
