is there a way to maximise or enlarge the code/block view?
i'm pretty sure the answer to this will be 'no' but it would be nice if could be considered
scrolling horizontally to see the content of longer, embedded tiles seems a bit clunky
there is presentation mode that hides the block view - why not allow the opposite?

I have been trying to advertise Scratch through webpages, like these:
downloadablegamemaker.co.nr
heybrian.co.nr
tsunami-enterprise.co.nr
co.nr is free so... and all the sites have links back to scratch.

Yes, you can start Scratch with the command-line parameter "presentation" and a Scratch project, and it will start in presentation mode right away.
If you're using Windows, you can also configure it to let you start a Scratch project in presentation mode using its context menu:
http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=3338
Or you can download and install Chirp
http://chirp.scratchr.org
Which will do the same. (You can even make an exe out your project, which will run in fullscreen mode).
If you're using a mac, check out Tony Hursh's ScratchPresenter app:
http://millenniumteacher.com/scratchstuff/
Does that answer your question?

Sure, you can do whatever you want with your Scratch projects. They are yours!

But technically, wouldn't that be impossible. The quality of Scratch isn't that great compared to like Java or something. But I don't need to know anything ,which is why I wil always use Scratch (except the blocks. Need to know those)

I guess if could find a person who is willing to buy your scratch games you could sell them. I can't think of any sites that would do that though. Swf files are much more commonly accepted by online gaming sites.

say I were to place a song in Scratch. Is is legal to post it on the website if it is a copyrighted song? other people can download it if they wanted to. I have seen many people put copyrighted songs on without any credit to the people who made the song in the first place. Does it make it legal if you give credit and tell who made the song?

Is anyone using this in their school with classes? If so, do you have any curriculum or projects to suggest? My audience is third grade.
Yes. In our 5th grade computer class, we used scratch for three different things: 1: We used it to make our own small, 30 second - 1 minute movie, 2: We used it to replica a slide-show we had made in another class, and 3: We made our own games. For each project, the 4 best projects, (2 from each class) which were voted on by our class mates, would be shared on Scratch.
