Is it OK to add copyrighted music in a project?

Wouldn't that be  illegal* file-sharing?
I've seen projects which only contains a song, just so that other people can download it.

*Of course the laws aren't the same everywhere.

Re: Is it OK to add copyrighted music in a project?

Good question. I wish I knew this answer, as I have the same issue with some of my projects. I may have to delete a bunch of my projects or upload them without music because of music I have in them.

It's fine. As long as you don't sell the project, and you give credit, nothing will happen.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
