I don't think this post belongs in New Scratch Members forum, but I'll try to help you. What exactly do you mean by saying "download to scratch"? Do you mean a link? If so click here http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/help.php#bbcode if not tell us something more about your problem.

I think ttmario means a link directly to the download, and not to the project.

i know how! add a link to the project, then add "/download".
For example:

creates:
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/itchyone/745923/download
