Umm scratch doesn't (as far as I know) install those pictures as an importable picture. That picture you have there must have been something that you downloaded from somewhere else.

archmage is correct. Scratch comes with an image library that (we believe) is suitable for everyone. Do you know the specific name of the folder where you found the image? You might want to talk to an adult you trust about the pictures you have found on your computer. Let us know if we can be of any help and thanks for reporting the issue even though it doesn't seem to be a problem with Scratch.
