Woo, even better minecraft clone! | I feel that programming is better than animation, because you can interact with games but not animations.

It's just a saying, like if you post a project (you don't have any yet, try working with Scratch and upload one) you get a lot of more views in a small portion of time.

always try to make your first project the best you can.
the better your first project is, the more people will view your stuff.
my first project was a blue dot...that was about it. (< - - - Bad example. Try making something really cool.)

Very true. My first project was of Popsicle Man, the famed superhero of the ice-cream truck. It was unbelievably silly, (and involved a fish in a hat jumping out and saving you from projectiles), but it was a good enough game to get me on the right track.
