I've noticed that you have translated some words about time to swedish but the plural forms are incorrect.
Here are the correct forms:
Years - År
Months - Månader
Weeks - Veckor
Days - Dagar
Hours- Timmar
Minutes - Minuter
Seconds - Sekunder
Examples:
1 year and 5 months ago - 1 år och 5 månader sedan
5 months and 3 weeks ago - 5 månader och 3 veckor sedan
1 week and 2 days ago - 1 vecka och 2 dagar sedan
5 hours and 35 minutes ago - 5 timmar och 35 minuter sedan
14 seconds ago - 14 sekunder sedan

I have changed the 'S' to 'er' on the Translator site, but when making plural forms in Swedish there are no rules. On some words you add 'er' on some you add 'ar' and some change completely.
Watch this video:

It contains some in appropriate words but he explains the grammar part.

Wait- isn't Norwiegen similar to Swedish or something? Cuz I heard that year in Norsk was Ar (My computer doesn't have those Norwiegen letters on it). Is it the same with Swedish?
