For me, I'm partial to B-Reyn428's "Blackbeard's Dream", hopping_v's "The Kraken Dreams", and demosthenes' "God's Quest".

Check out my Rocket Kid 2 everybody! It's my second favorite.

Quite possibly THE best game ever made on Scratch.

I'd have to say "Nowhere Part 1" Made by Flaming_Duck back when he was Zombie_Penguin.

Well, considering that it was from 1.2 and that it was around the time I was making my Blue Square stuff, which ended up being virtually the same thing, just considerably slower.
[rant]
Also, it has the original scripts that are in "extreme game", so I always feel the need to tell people about it to have them play it and be like "I feel like I played this before" AKA the exact reaction I had upon playing extreme game.

Errr the scripts in "extreme game" were not that impressive so I am not sure you want to be bragging about making those. They were not really unique at all so its possible that some one made it on their own.
To me, the best scratch game is archknight's adventure

I coded the flash version with him

He made a few pretty good flash games on his own too

Played it?
I tested that thang.
Knowing Duckie for 9 years usually means stuff like that.

Well, I found archmage and archknight's Archknight's Adventure quite interesting, but they didn't draw most of the graphics and it was rather repetitive.
Axeblade's Droid Army (done) is one of the first games I ever played on Scratch, and it's still one of the best I've ever seen. Brilliant, with great sprites and effects, but again, he didn't draw some of the stuff (but he drew more than in the above). Brilliant, though.
My favorite is S65's Requiem of Thunder, which was simply brilliant. He didn't draw some of the stuff though, but you don't really notice it. Brilliant gameplay, and the levels are great - level 2 is just... awesome. However, that was only a demo, and the full thing was never finished. That's the most recent version. Only two levels... *sniffle* Oh, let's just call it the full version, since the full one isn't there.
