WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO MESSAGES!!
ok so i went off scratch for a while, when i got back on i had no messages i thought it was strange. So then i was loookign at my projects and noticed that i had new comments that i had not had before, im scared. i luff my comments, and i like getting them, plus i have a voting thing going on so i need it too see when i get a new comment on the voting project, HELP ME!!!

You should check your messages area and make sure you didn't accidentally click on the "Don't send me messages when people comment my projects" button.

That's a really good question! The link doesn't show up unless you have a message. You could (actually, I'll do it right now) drop a comment on one of your galleries and see if that generates a message, as I recall there are two things you can turn off: messages from comments on projects and messages from comments on galleries. You could also try moving a project to a gallery as that usually generates a message too. If none of those ideas work, then I am out of ideas and you should probably contact the Scratch Team.
And Toasty, I think I made a mistake; it's not called the Message area, rather it's the Notification area.

Well yeah thats the point. If you have notifacations turned off, you'll never get a message, so you wont be able to check the box to make it so you get messages. And now, we just click that and we get to that box so we can turn messages on withought getting a message.

^^^^^^^yeah thats because the forum is seperate from scratch. so your messages dont show up in the forums but when you exit out of the forum the messages are there.

When I went to look at my messages, Run4ever had told me that Longfinmako had looked at my 'Caramell Dansen: SUNSTAR!' project. I went to see if he had left me a comment, and he did. But Scratch did not tell me I had messages, I also had TONS of comments from Sadie3. But Scratch did not leave messages to tell me I had comments.Now I'm really worried, please tell me what happend to all the messages.

My messages aren't working either. I clicked on the thingy but it still isnt telling me when somebody leaves a message. I set it to tell me, and now im kinda worried. I really want my messages back, since i usually use it to tell if somebody has left me a message(thats kinda the point) but i just want them back, and nothing i am doing is working.
