I'm making an ipod touch game, and I need songs/videos (Videos must be able to run on scratch---stop-motion is fine.)

Hmm you should say i guess first what kind of game is it, but if its racing maybe techno kind of music or something like that, it all depends what your genre is...

Perhaps you can search youtube for something fast and ask the author for permission to use it...

try looking at newgrounds website.. music portal.. quite a lot of different genre's of music to choose from there.. and all distributed under creative commons licence

Well, I have 137 songs on my computer, most of them stolen from my parent's CDs.

Is it itunes? If so, it needs to be converted for use on scratch. Also, it's perfectly legal and not considered "stealing" to import songs from a CD on to a computer.
