wrong time zone!!!

when I went on to forums and then profile, I changed the time zone to GMT but it didn't work! why is this?

i hate how for you it says 11:52:23 just because your time zones ahead of me. i think it should shbow everyones post YOUR zone, but for other people it works diffrently.
