Edit topic subject

I think we should be able to edit our title. At the very least have moderators able to.
In example when you'ed need it is in the confrence forum i  posted "wouldnt it be coo if..." and i meant to say 'wouldnt it be COOL if....." and it makes a huge diffrence. I would like this feature in scratch. Anybody else? Supporters:

Obviously your still here. It says "member" and your talking to me. if it said "banned" you would be banned. There.

That not what I meant. Sorry for the yelling. I was mad. But my IP adress is banned from the scratch website but I have not been banned from the forums (thank goodness, I though I would never see you guys again!)

I hope we can still be friends. I am really sorry for what happened. But you have to belive me when I say that it was not me! I have never said anything that horrible before, so why should I say it now? It was not me!

You can't make a new account if your IP is banned, that's the whole point of banning the IP rather than just the account. And you can still post on the forums if you are banned (I've had experience)
