How to...
i am wondering about how i would go about making a moving background for a project i'm making? it needs to be something that looks likes the european and asian continents

Or do you mean an animation on/in the background?

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to do a scrolling background, there's plenty of tutorials out there, and I'm not goingto bother making a tutorial if that's not what you want. For an animation, you could make a bunch of costumes on the background and have them flip through, or you could make a sprite to work as the background and have it do it's thing.
