Scratch Skins
I've been wondering if skins would be added to the GUI. I see products that contain skins frequently (like WMP and FireFox), so can it be done?

I don't think this is really needed. Scratch is a program to create projects. Not Windows Media Player.

However, it would be fun to change skins once in a while instead of the "classic" style. For example, you could have a high contrast skin (affects background and blocks, not canvas), and other styles that suit your personality.

It was accomplished in billyedward's Streak (a Scratch mod) a colorblind mode.
