and no...that is nowhere near the world record. From 20 seconds to improve your score it takes luck and practice. A WHOLE month of training could MAYBE improve your score from 20 to 19 seconds. But i was like screw this lol...im not gunna waste my time trying to break the world record. So now i just solve for fun and try to find new methods.
I'm 11.

What cubes can you solve. I am in the middle of solving my rubiks professor now. From 1x1(lol) to ANY size. Like 2x2 3x3 and 4x4 ect. I once got soo bored i tried solving a computer generated 100x100....stupidest decision ever! lol
It took forever to load and 2 days straight to solve.
ANY? Even V-Cube 7? WOW!

I know! The algorithm I have so far is:
U Ui L Li R Ri D Di 2U 2U 2U 2Uu 2F 2F 2F 2F
thats it. I still have trouble.

Yeah
The algorithm for the 1x1 is VERY hard to memorize.
You must pick up the 1x1 and say...am i high? LOL

The only problem with what I'm making, is that theres no 'back culling', so basically you can see through the rubik's cube.

So?That won't make it any easier, amnd would actually be necessary to see the placement of all the cubes squares.

So? Say its a glass Rubik's Cube. Problem solved

Just buy the Transparent Rubiks cube or the Rubik Icecube XD Problem solved. plus runs smoothly with NO lag and NO glitches

Unless of course it breaks

Ok its finished. Let me just upload ^^ Note it has no colors for each piece, and the rubik's cube is generally darn blue, because I can't seem to make it black.

Textures are practically impossible to do on scratch in 3D.

Ha ha ha they are possible with somehacking of scratch an image is dots and u can morph those dots can be morphed using trigo i m working on somekinda thing on byob hope u guys will love when u see it

BYOB? I'd.... prefer not >.> because then you can't really upload it.

yeah just did...what i meant was it will be nearly impossible to make it SMOOTH. Its very choppy since it draws itself
But nice

Textures are VERY possible in scratch. Like fanofcena said you need to render a lot of dots to make a texture.

actually not dots if u can get lines
i am talking about the strech obsolute block get it from forest's stuff that block can control length of line u can make lines resulting in textures

I think you need more transformation tools than Stretch, you'd need to skew and distort it etc...
eg.
--_____
-/------/
/____/ <- Skewed object

ah just to make a pregiven line bigger
instead of this bound to do this
..........
u can do this _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
or even this

That model is really simple. What the problem is is making it fully interactive.

Maybe you could have a seperate list to determine each cubes color, and when you click an arrow than the rubiks cube changes the list colors and replaces them with the colors farther down or up the list.It would be complex and take time, but work.

I know how to do it - but in 3D the line drawing will be REALLY complex and the script will be REALLY long and I'll have to implement a collision script that detects what part you're hovering over.

I know; Its possible, but again, it's impractical for scratch's limitations.
