No, 1.5 will take a long time.
1.4.1 will be released in a couple of weeks/months with some bug features. Ask the Scratch Team for more info.
PS: a .1 at the end means fixes and some removals, usually not new blocks.

Generally you're just saying that because 1.3.1 was like that. Doesn't mean its only going to be like that. But generally I still agree with you.

A .1 at the end means very small changes.
1.2.1 was like that, too.
