I am now starting my first big project and my "company".
The Legend of Kichi is going to be a series of episodic RPG games, featuring a cute ferret/weasel thingy named Kichi.  The games, I hope, will be rather dark compared to its cute looks.  Please share your ideas for the first project of my "company", the Plus Company.

Level Up! System
Health Points; starts at 10, levels up by x 2 - 3
Energy Points; starts at 10, levels up by x 2 - 5
Strength; starts at 1, levels up by + 1 - 4
Agility; starts at 1, levels up by + 1 - 4
Spirit; starts at 1, levels up by + 1 - 4

Every level up, you get a random plus to your stats, between the above numbers.  As your stats raise, you unlock certain moves.

Battle System
Walk into an enemy to start the battle.
You can choose from 3 moves: attack, defend, and soul-casting.
Battles are partly real time, partly turn based.  You choose the moves for the next turn or next three turns (depends on what you choose and this choice can be affected by certain attacks) and you see how your attack fares against the enemy's attacks.  Both attacks will be conducted at the same time.  Certain attacks will cancel out some enemy attacks, as according to this chart:
ATTACK--->SOUL-CASTING--->DEFEND--->ATTACK--->SOUL-CASTING--->DEFEND, etc.
