The idea of a team of scratchers who are gifted in diffrent areas,especially art,programming,music,and advertising working together is actually quite common,and it's called a company.This thread really should go into inspiration & more.

Because this thread also features a gallery, I believe it would be quite fine if the thread remained in 'Show and Tell'.
