Well, flagging is perfectly acceptable if it has a good reason.

Wheres the website?
No, no I'm making project, "Scratch Wikipedia" Not Website.
Then how can you even call it a wiki... you won't be able to put much. I reccomend using an actual wiki site. Or maybe a forum, but probably not.

Thanks!
Considering there are hundreds of thousands of projects, you shouldn't really have articles on projects, or even users. It wouldn't serve the purpose, and you'd have many requests for articles and what not.

I agree, a wiki isn't one if nobody but the creator can edit it. So if you make it a project it'll be a Scratch Encyclopedia.

There already is a Scratch Wiki: http://scratch.wikia.com/wiki/Scratch_Programming_Wiki
The only thing is that it is out of date, nobody updates it, and partly its because the admin doesn't (Juiceybox)

Well, we should put some scripts into your new wiki.
How about velocity jumping?
Simple enough.

I have already created a Wikia SPECIFICALLY created for articles focused on PROJECTS : http://scratchgames.wikia.com/wiki/Scratch_Games_Wiki
I'm glad you've decided to create a Wikia on Scratch but PROJECT articles would be appreciate at my own, as that's all its made for. =[
