On scratch I only add people I actually think of as friends or good scratchers. I don't add people when people add me. I think of friends as; subscriptions on youtube. Because I like to see GOOD projects on the front page, and I do that with friends. I have 107. But if you look at the list, I have many good choices, and mainly advanced scratchers.

What do you mean, "requests". Its just informing that somebody actually added you as a friend. The message is not asking you to add him back.
