It would be nice, so there would be a selection of blocks called "created blocks" and it could be yellow and this is the proceadure. Lets say you make a forver if block for veocity. so its one script velocity. Right click that and there will be something called "create as new block" and if you click that you can name it and it will go into the "created blocks" selection and if you do "when flag click forver(insert created block here)" and then it would do that whole thing so you owuldnt have to implement velocity you ould just do it once, save it, and then never have to do it again! I think this would save ALOT of time. For example, you could do a scroll trick.
<when green flag clicked>
<forever>
<if><key[ right ]pressed?>
<change{scroll X }by( -5
<if><key[ left ]pressed?>
<change{scroll X}by( 5
<end>
And then you would right click the "When flag pressed" part and a thing called "create block" would be there and if you click it you would name it and it would go into the "created blocks" selection. I think this would save so much time. Please have this in the next scratch.

This would be a great feature to have. It's been suggested many times. It would be nice to know if it is being actively developed for the next release, or for any release.
Actually, it would be nice to know ALL of the features that are currently in the development pipeline. Andres, how about a What We are Working On Now project? Transparency can be a good thing!

thats a pretty good suggestion, and Paddle2See is right it has been suggested many many times. But what my suggestion on this is instead of making a list of choices, it opens up a box and you can make it do a variety of things (kind of like on Macromedia Flash except "kid friendly and not so cofusing .

Do you mean like you make a block transmission like where it makes velocity and then you make that called "velocity" and you can do forver velocity? thats what i mean.

Paddle2See: most of the current work on Scratch right now is focused on full Unicode support. More people from all over the world will be able to use Scratch when all languages are supported.

I think that would be a good idea
