I made a logo for Valentine's Day.
Well, two versions, actually. One with the Scratch A and one without, I don't know which you'd like better.
With the A:
Without:

GRRAWR! i worked really hard on my logo, and just because NO CARES TO EVEN LOOK AT MY LOGO AND GIVE ME FEEDBACK I don't even get a chance to try? That's not fair. There should be a gallery for projects with the holiday logos you want to be chosen. It seems like the most FAMOUS logos get chosen. I AM ANGRY RIGHT NOW.
(Well, not that angry, not having a hissy fit, just trying to get the anger out)

Don't worry about your anger; I do it too.
Most logos don't get much feedback... I wish the Scratch Team would give feedback to the logos.

Nice, but you just stamped bits of photos onto the logo... shouldn't a logo have something drawn by hand?
I DID NOT
I draw all but the balls (But I changed those too. Size, colour/color, shape and got ride of most reflections, looks nothing like the original) and logo by hand. When I made the tree I made it 50% transparent and it took me over an hour to draw in paint.net (You won't belive how hard it is to draw something with 50% transparency). To accuse me of copying others [content removed because it was to long]. So you see accusing others like that is not very nice.
Sorry... it just looks like bits of photos stamped onto the logo... doesn't it?
When did I accuse you of copying someone? I never did that...

What-the, you can submit yours next year.

Don't worry, what-the, as your logo may be used next year... after all, archmage submitted a logo once, but it wasn't picked... but they saved it for next year!

I've got one just in time for New Years! It might be too late for this year, but maybe next year!

Pi day!
Your's is really great! I just have one suggestion. Why don't you make the edges fade into white, because a solid black box on a white background is a little bit bold.

illusionist, I love your logo! But two mistakes, sorry...
1. The logo background should be white (look at the logo area - isn't it white?)
2. Your logo is too big... the logo should be 198 by 60 pixels - can you reduce your logo's size, maybe?

I tried that... But it didn't work out so well.

His logo area is fine. Right click the image, select properties and look at the size. 198x160 . And I love the black as long as somehow it ends in white.

Cocoanut, I like yours.
The fading was done well.
But I prefer the version without the A.

Oops! It didn't look like it... oh, by the way, don't you mean 60, not 160?
I don't think the black is a good idea, as it wouldn't fit nicely with the Scratch website (the background is white, remember).

i agree, it does kinda need to have it blending into white, but should we really have a pie day one? Its not a recognised holiday in the UK, i dont know about here else, but its not in the UK.

Pi day is actually kind of famous in Scratch. There are always projects featuring it and a logo for ANY holiday is a great idea to me!
Any feedback for mine?

Your logo is nice, but it needs a bit more... maybe a bit of stuff in the background?
