Scroll games (I really need help!)

I need help on how to do scroll games, can someone teach me?
Does it include this block? <when[  ]key pressed> <point towards(  <move(  )steps>

Are you doing a collab and need a 24/7 TeamSpeak channel? Contact me... somewhere. =P

just a suggestion, but I don't think your ready  to make the jump to scrolling projects, learn how to make good games that only use the given screen
