How do I make links say difrent things

Ok if I want to make a link to my stuff in the forums I noticed that many peopple make the link say my stuff instead of http://scratch.mit.edu/users/News-guy Can someone please tell me how to do this.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
