Step 1 Acquire a pass to the Restaurant Depot or a wholesale store such as Costco or BJs
Step 2 Purchase the giant tub of double chocolate ice cream, the non-parel sprinkles, the regular sprinkles ("jimmies"), and hot fudge
Step 3 Put the purchased items from Step 2 in a bowl
