What is life?

There is no meaning to life, except to continue it. Animals live to give birth to more animals that will give birth and continue the cycle, while Plants continuously spread their seeds so more plants can grow up to spread their seeds.

Ergo, Life is pointless.

That was really depressing.  It feels like you are saying there is no happiness, no emotion, just continuing life ad infinitum.  Can't you think of something happier?

Today, we look at Meaning of Life #227:  The universe is an existential physical mirror of conscious thought.  Whatever conscious thought (basically, God)  thinks is reflected by it.  Throughout the universe there are focal points which bring forth much greater amounts of these thoughts.  Earth is one of these focal points and was made to physically personify thought.  So.... enjoy life, because there's no use being sad.

No, for these reasons:
A.  It is the answer to the Question, but no one knows what the question is.

I thought that Deep Thought calculated an accurate answer to the Question, 42, and when people were so disappointed, he decided to design an almighty computer called Earth to calculate the question. That's how it went down. Then the Magretheans or whatever manufactured the planet and it was destroyed five minutes before the answer.

Exactly.  That is the answer to the Question.  Not the meaning of the Question (bacsically, why life?), which is what we want.
