No, when I come up with a team, it stays in idea mode until I finish EV training. But Dunsparce is almost done EV training and I already have a Modest Baltoy (Bwa ha ha ha ha), a Bashful Voltorb (best nature I had), and a Relaxed Politoed (who will be a support/wall/status giver combo probably since it won't be outspeeding very many opponents)
Politoed has a 57 power HP Grass, should I consider that?

I just got ShoddyBattle today, I recommend that you guys download it too. It's a whole lot of fun, and there's no need for training your pokemon!

Politoed is well on its way to being EV trained and I should have Electrode, Claydol, and Aggron finished by Christmas (I'm hoping to get Emerald so if I do you can ask me for Emerald-exclusive Pokemon. I may also lend out the Hoenn legends for pokedex purposes)

Oh, and my strategy is to not be overly dependent of Smogon as I don't want some guy looking up every moveset and tailoring their EXACT counters. So I'm blending some movesets and I've decided on the following:
Leadol
@Lum Berry
Modest
252 SpA/80 HP/176 Spe
Explosion
Earth Power
Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin
This set is my generic lead. Rapid Spin to eliminate other people's hazards, Stealth Rock to lay down my own, Earth Power to use Claydol's special attack effectively, and Explosion to go out with a bang while leaving Mismagius untouched in 2v2. And if Mismagius faints before I can use Explosion, Aggron has a .25x resistance to Normal moves which is just as good.

I like my level 50 team with 3 pokemon in it: (lets see if you can guess it)
They have 14 resistances and 7 weaknesses (in total counting same weaknesses and resistances each time it comes up)
Each weakness is covered by another one's move and/or type
One's a physical and special wall
One's a physical attacker
One's a special attacker
Two are on the fast side of pokemon (but there are quite a few that are much faster)
There all shinies; two greens and a pink (lol the pink one's male)
One's male
One's female
One's has no gender
And they are not rares (you can enter a tournament with them)
And NOT hacked

Blissey, Scizor and Shaymin is the closest combination I can come up with. Blissey and Scizor are definitely the wall and physical attacker, respectively.

wrong I'll give you one Brongzong with Heatproof. Thats the none gender one. It can take 2 earthquakes survive. sleep on the second one get full hp. wake up and do it all over again.
Another hint: The other two are first gen pokemon and their color is their shiny color form

Shaymin is UU. You can enter with him. Shaymin - S is the Uber one which is not allowed in most tournaments.
Also, did yo know that Entei is NU?

urhungry wrote:
Yeah I knew that. So is charizard. I think entei is because hardly anyone has one.
Entei is because of Stealth Rock, and a very limited movepool with bad type coverage.
Stealth Rock is probably the main reason. I think that the only non-legendary Fire type pokemon which are above UU are Heatran and Infernape, both of which have a secondary typing which nullifies their weakness to Stealth Rock.

IIRC, I beat TheSaint 5 times, and dev1995 once. TheSaint beat me twice, and djm111 beat me twice.

That's a ratio, not a fraction.
That means FMT has won 6 games and lost 4, not that FMT has won 6 out of 4 games.

Claydol can be easily massacred by other popular leads, such as Weavile, Rotom, and Gengar.
