Variables

I think there should definately be a way to make the variables look a bit different.
The fact that I can only put them in my game as a large number with an ugly orange backround, a smaller one, but with the obnoxious text in front, or a slider (which would be useless in this case, the player shouldn't be able to play with these variables). The only way I can think of how to do this is to make each stat in the user interface its own sprite and make a costume for every number. There should be a better way to do this. If there is, I'm sorry & would appreciate the help.

Thanks

You can still make your own variables! People do it a lot (though I agree it should be easier). If you want an example, see my Moon Raid project's scoring system.
