Is there another place where you can upload it? I'm surprised that a file needs to be "accepted" in order to be shown to the public. That site is cluttered with ads too, so i don't know why they are focused on quality in their files.

Another site you could use is Deviant Art. I know they allow uploaded themes.

I called it Scratch (big suprise) and I can view it bout the public can't. If I go to my files, brows I can see it. Right next to the name it says On Hold.

***Read ALL of the Instructions Before You Download It***
Instructions:
1. In My Documents, create a folder for your themes (My Themes is a good name)
2. Click here and click save.
3. Save it in the folder you created earlier
4. Next, click open
5. On the left hand side somewhere there should be choice (under folder tasks), extract all. Click it and go through the wizard.
6. You will be opened in a new window with two themes. Scratch and Scratch2.
7. Go to the Start menu, click control panel, appearance and themes, change the computer's theme.
8. You should see a large window with a picture of your current theme.
There should be the text Theme. Underneath there is the name of your current theme. Click the arrow to bring down the list. You should see a list of all your themes. Click on Scratch (or Scratch2 depending on which you copied).
9. If you dont see Scratch or (Scratch2), click browse and try to find it.
10. Click Ok.

It doesn't actually, you can get subscriptions and stuff that cost money, but you can have an account without paying (I do, I'm 'MyOneAndOnlyEvilTwin).

You need to include EVERYTHING in the zip folder, or else it won't work.
1) Get all of the files included in your theme and put them in the folder with the theme (I'm gonna call the folder Z for now).
2) Open up the theme (not Z) and relocate all of the stuff (background, icons, etc.) to the copies in the folder (Z).
Then, copy the folder and upload that.

HELP I DO TRY BUT IT SAY THIS AND I QUOTE
The theme could not load because one of the needed theme files could not be found. This can happen with themes that are not installed or authored correctly.You should verify that the wallpaper,screensaver,icons,sounds, and other files are in the correct location.
Themme: C:\Documents and Settings\Sophie Roche\My Docments\Z\Scratch.Theme
Does anyone know what I did wrong?
