staying logged in

I've lost track of the thread about the amount of time the log-in lasts.  In the past couple weeks, though, I've been dumped out of the log-in while I'm still prowling around the website.  I haven't found a pattern yet, just at random times when moving from one window to another, a couple times in a 45 minute session.

I use Firefox 2.0.0 and a Mac with OS 10.4.11.

I've also had Firefox quit out completely a couple times.

Re: staying logged in

Ha! I got it to do the same thing twice.  This was the sequence:

1.  From the notification list of messages left at my projects,
2.  Click on my project linked in the message.
3.  From that project,
4.  Click on the link to the person who left the message
5.  When the window opens to that person's stuff, I'm no longer logged in as a user.

Re: staying logged in

This only happened to me once, when I logged in, I went to my homepage, but I actually wasn't logged in! I couldn't comment and stuff too!

Re: staying logged in

I emailed the Scratch peeps and found that if you use Mac OS X, or Java 1.5, you can get logged out.
