In general, we need graphics people. I know that nikki is doing some animation, but a second person would be nice.

I have some more ideas!
• Kids are trying to chase Santa! Get him away and put traps down.
• Memory Recall - Present version!
• A nice little animation.
• Design your own Chrismas Tree! (Place branches with the pen blocks)
That's all for now.

This is interesting...
You know how advent calendars are made, with chocolates inside each door? Maybe you could make a project like that, where each day you update it and add a new chocolate.
Or you might choose something other than chocolate... whatever you like.

I don't think you get me... I'll explain more.
Advent calendars (or at least the ones I'm talking about) are thin rectangles. They have little 'doors', 24 of them. Starting from the 1st of December, you open a door, and get a chocolate (you eat it, of course). After the 24th, all of the chocolates are eaten!
I was thinking that you could make a project that is a wall (that has decorations and stuff, of course), with 24 doors. Each day of December, you update the project with a new openable door (and make a chocolate to go with it, of course).
Of course, instead of chocolates, you might put a picture, or a part of a story (you know, a short story cut into 24 parts, and each door has part of the story. Oh, you should have a small picture of the page behind the door, and when you click on it, it enlarges. This way you get lots of text, instead of having ten word portions).

Yes , but we're swapping all the chocolates for games.

Okay... I shall think of a good idea this time!
Some ideas for games:
A train track that you view, maybe a few set tracks (adding a feature for making your own track would ruin the mini-game part).
Catch the present! Presents fall, and you control some bucket and catch the presents. Maybe you could do candies instead, who knows.
A small scroller that repeats, where you control Santa on his sleigh. The area he's in I have no idea. Just think of one.

Nice.
I like the train one.

Ooh, another source of ideas.
Here are some more of mine:
1. Use the mouse to guide reindeer through the sky.
2. A cooking game where you make Christmas dinner.
3. A silly guide of the present factory.
How many ideas are there by now? Hopefully there are 25 or more.

I'm working on a matching game based on Nikkiperson's. Except I demolished all her scripts. And it is one sprite one script.

I'm not a member of this group and don't plan to be,but I had the idea that ou could do a 3D snowball fight. Not like RHY3756547 style 3D,but where there are 5 different planes you can move up and down out of to dodge oncoming snowballs. This would be a 1-2 player game, but with 2 players on one side and 2 CPUs on the other if 2 player is chosen, and there could also be defensive and offensive specials(like a taller snow fort for defense and a plane dropping snowballs for offense).Hope you like my idea!

It would be kind of complex for a minigame.
