(http://scratch.mit.edu/download) click on this link, fill out the information on the page that shows up (you don't have to), and there will be options for mac scratch or windows scratch. They also have different options torwards the bottom of the page for other operating systems, and scratch 1.2.1 for older computers

can anyone help me on how to make a pause button and play button for my whole program? i can get it to pause but cannot make it play again...the only way to make it play is to making it play from the begginng which i dont want it to do...

when (up arrow) is pressed
set pause to 1
stop all

I want to be able to click on something then it will make something else do something wheras at the moment all I can do is make the thing ive clicked on do something.

For starters, I need to use better sprites than those available by the program. Where can I get sprites suitable for a fighting games? Stick figures will do...

Hi Supersai03.

You could easily draw your own stick men in the paint editor. As for the scripts, what sort of fighter are you after?

Shooting or combat?

Okay, I joined scratch.mit.edu yesterday, but I have had Scratch on my computer for a long time.  But this question always stumbled me:

How do you design a button-like picture (like a button to start a game) that when clicked can bring you through the game?

I have seen many games like this having buttons, but I think posting on this forum might be better than posting a comment.
