Mean People
Well, you see, I'm new so I was tring to make a simple project to test it out. So, i made this thing where this dude is sharing cheese puffs with this other dude. Well then this person I don't know whose scratch name is Ultimate1Assin posts a comment saying that his friend posted something like that and that I copied his friend. Then he proceeded to call me a copier/liar/jerk. I never have seen his friend's post and I think that that was uncalled for and very rude. If i had to make a suggestion, I'd suggest that there be something to prevent things like that because that really discouraged me because I'd finally gotten it to work.

I don't know why but there are rude scratchers. Here's some tips:
1) ignore or block the user
2) Delete the comments; no use in being depressed over ignorant comments.
3) If the problem gets worse, contact the Scratch Team. There's a Contact Us button at the bottom of everypage. Just report once in the Contact Us button 
. The Scratch team gets some pointless blabber [sadly].

Yeah, I agree with Diagram. You really shouldn't use the forums to report a user, or say that user's name, in fact. The "contact us" button at the bottom of the page is your best bet.

Ultimate1Assassin has commented on my projects for being inapropriate! Seriously, there nothing wrong with it, and I didn't even draw it! it was for a coloring contest >

Yes, people are mean sometimes. It's really annoying, but you can't really stop it.
The forum moderators don't like it much when you say the username of someone who did something bad. They often remove the name... just letting you know. 
Also, no area in the forums is fit for the purpose of reporting someone's rude behavior. It's better to contact the Scratch Team by e-mail.
EDIT: Scroll down to the bottom of a Scratch webpage and select Contact Us.
