I know that the team is full, but can I share some ideas?
• Present drop: Presents are falling from the sky, and you have to run back and forth to catch them.
• Christmas tree decoration: Plant ornaments on the tree.
• Douse the fire: A Christmas Tree has caught fire. Put it out!
• Move Santa through the air and drop presents on target.
I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.

You could maybe do some animations of the Christmas story, and "Twas the Night Before Christmas", and make the latter the project for Dec. 24th.

I may not be involved on the forums (the special one or this one) but I'd be happy to make a couple minigames. One I'd like to make is a snowball fight. Oh, and just so you know, we don't want everyone getting early Christmas presents! So we should protect all projects with a password.
