Scratch server IP address

In order to allow our pupils to upload their programs to the Scratch website, our administrators set their firewall to allow uploads to the Scratch Server IP. For some reason we can no longer upload. Has the Scratch Server IP address changed? Has anything alterd ow we are running Scratch 1.4
