can i post a game i made with scratch on a gaming websie (i.e. miniclip)

They will not work as scratch  framework is needed to run scratch  games.

Mini-clip and other game websites host flash games. Scratch isn't flash.

But you can, if you want, take a look at this thread which tells you how to link websites to scratch and play them on other websites.
