Can I have "Stand out." in Glossy with a background that is a bunch of random colors (any as long as they don't match the text colors) in some sort of a tye-dye form (just the background)?

Yep. I use GIMP to make these logos. For the different styles I just use a logo plugin to make them, but if someone doesn't want one in any of the styles that I have, I make a completely custom logo.
