User of the ____
I think that we should have a section called "User of the ____". I don't know what the blank should be yet. Anyway, every minute/hour/day there would be a different user there. When a user is there, he/she would get quite a few more views. This would also get rid of a lot of quitters who quit because they don't have any views.
To get in the section, you have to have at least 5 projects, no project with more than 250 views, you've been active in the last week, and none of your projects have been deleted by being flagged.
The section would be below the Scratch Design Studio gallery, and would have the user's avatar at the top, and below that there would be the number of projects, and the country they live in.
I think it would be good to add, and that the user should be there for an hour so that they don't get too popular. What do you think?

I agree with the main idea, but I think that the time period should be longer. I think this because of timezones. For example, a user of the____ selected when there are only one or two users online would not gain as much of an advantage as a user who is selected in the peak times (7-11pm, GMT), during the time when most USA/Canada/Brazil etc users are online. Also, the Scratch Team couldn't possibly choose a new user every hour or so - it probably takes that time to edit a section like this. It's a good idea, but perhaps it should be daily instead?

Wolfie: It would be randomly generated, and it would select one that has been online in the last 1-7 days.
