Non-Gibberish Links?

Hello,Brass45 here,and i've got a question that's probably posted but that I can't find;how do you make a link in words?By that I mean a link that says"The best game ever made!" instead of http://scratch.edu/projects/453blah blah blah.Can somebody please help?Thanks!
