Nope. The only way to get cash now is clicking other people's pets.

The 1337 block should be in the "Adopt Some Pets" link, try checking again.
The promo block is the Golden block - right now it's the slowest-growing block, but also the rarest if you don't count corrupt blocks

I just made two blocks: When Flag Clicked, and Stop All. Their code looks exactly the same as the control block, and they both cost $200.

Check out the new Variable and List blocks! They're at $200 and $350, respectively.
EDIT: Added BYOB block too, at $650. It also has high chances of corruption - %2.
