Technically, I can understand any programming language's basic commands. I know:

Scratch
HTML
Python
Java

and that's enough to understand anything and everything.

LibertyBasic(hasn't been used in 10 months+)
HTML(only know the basics)

Some AppleScript with Xcode(PLEASE help me with "The variable (your variable) is not defined" error!)
Scratch versions 1.3.1, 1.4rc, and 1.4
Streak 0.1
BYOB
HTML
Plain Text
Blockland Eventing
Some ROBLOX Lua.
